I am always tired – I am a teacher and this is only in term times so I know it’s work related rather than illness. What can you suggest apart from more sleep – I get 7 hours!
Thanks so much for the question, Julie, it’s one I know a lot of nonstopmamas will relate to – will forward this to the expert panel and post the reply, plus you’re now entered into the draw to win The Sanctuary pamper pack!!
Hi, my two children are super fussy eaters and I worry in these cold months especially that they are getting all the nutrients they need as they have a disliking for most vegetables, not so bad with fruit. Any particular super foods that are especially great for children in terms of boosting their immune system at this time?…that I can try and hide in their food somehow! Thank you.
Great question and another one I know LOTS of nonstopmamas will relate to, Colette – thank you!! Will forward it to the experts and you’re now in the prize draw, too!
