Part of its Make A Smart Start to 2013 campaign, the free, online health clinics featuring a panel of medical experts will take place over the next fortnight and will cover fitness and nutrition; cervical cancer; heart health and pregnancy and children’s health (full schedule below).

You can either join in the live chats online OR leave your questions for the experts by posting them in the Comments box here at nonstopmama, below, or via the AXA PP healthcare Facebook or Twitter page.

PLUS! Everyone who leaves a question (either below, in the Comments, or on Facebook or Twitter) will be entered into a free draw to win one of two pamper packs from The Sanctuary (worth £75 each)!

For those who can’t make the live chats, the experts will respond a few days after that online clinic closes AND nonstopmama will update this post with the experts’ answers – so they’ll be easy to find!

It’s a FAB opportunity to get inspired, informed and motivated to improve your and your family’s health!

I am always tired – I am a teacher and this is only in term times so I know it’s work related rather than illness. What can you suggest apart from more sleep – I get 7 hours!

  2. nonstopmama says:

Thanks so much for the question, Julie, it’s one I know a lot of nonstopmamas will relate to – will forward this to the expert panel and post the reply, plus you’re now entered into the draw to win The Sanctuary pamper pack!! :)

  3. Colette says:

Hi, my two children are super fussy eaters and I worry in these cold months especially that they are getting all the nutrients they need as they have a disliking for most vegetables, not so bad with fruit. Any particular super foods that are especially great for children in terms of boosting their immune system at this time?…that I can try and hide in their food somehow! Thank you.

  4. nonstopmama says:

Great question and another one I know LOTS of nonstopmamas will relate to, Colette – thank you!! Will forward it to the experts and you’re now in the prize draw, too! :)
