What are your everyday make-up must-haves?

For me, the key is to keep it simple. I have very little time during the day, between running around after my three kids, my skincare line, taking care of my husband and finding time to take care of myself – sometimes there are just not enough hours in the day!

I create a natural complexion with my Caudalie Mineral Tinted Moisturiser and the new Mineral Bronzing Powder (below). It gives a natural finish to my skin. I put on some lip gloss too, or if it’s for after work, I will apply some mascara.

How do you look after your hair, and style it in a hurry?

My hair is more of a challenge because I swim, windsurf, snorkel and water-ski, so it can become quite dry -particularly in the summer months. One of my secret weapons is applying Ojon Oil (below) before shampooing.  I use Caudalie Gentle Conditioning Shampoo and Ojon Nourishing Mask, followed by a little of my Caudalie Divine Oil (£25.00) on the ends of my wet hair. I usually let my hair dry naturally curly.

Any bodycare favourites?

My Caudalie Divine Oil! This dry oil moisturises, nourishes and enhances the skin thanks to its unique formula made with exceptional blend of oils – grape, hibiscus, sesame and argan – combined with our patented antioxidant Polyphenols. It envelops the skin with a subtle, floral fragrance with woody notes.

At times when I really have to hydrate and nourish my skin, I use the oil for the body, face and hair!

When on a plane, it’s important to hydrate your skin. I replace my day cream with a hydrating mask, which I apply as a light film on my skin. This is the perfect solution for dehydrated skin.
