To get this sort of look, use an eye pencil or eyeshadow applied with a brush close to the lash line (on SJP, black liner has also been used for extra definition, but it would look softer and equally pretty simply just with the blue) and smudge. Follow with a slick of mascara.
Keep the rest of your make-up light and pretty – a swirl of pinky blush and a swipe of lipstick or gloss, and you’re done.
Colour-wise, try Urban Decay’s 24/7 Glide On Eye Pencil in Electric Sea Blue or Flipside (£13 each).
Of course, the look would be just as pretty with green or a shimmering gold, even.
