Quite simply, beauty duos don’t get more dynamic than Mille Kendall and Anna-Marie Solowij, co-founders of the hotly awaited BeautyMART concept store, launching autumn 2012.

Millie (above right), who co-founded the Ruby & Millie make-up range, is an Atlantic-hopping beauty entrepreneur with her finger firmly on the beauty and style pulse. Anna-Marie (above left), former Vogue beauty director and one of the industry’s most respected names, is always one step ahead of beauty’s Next Big Thing (get the latest scoop on what they’re loving, and the trends they’re spotting, at the fab BeautyMART blog).

What are your everyday make-up must-haves? 

Revlon Grow Luscious Mascara - as my eyelashes (all three of them) need help, this is the best mascara for me – and Clinique Graped Up Chubby Stick. 

How do you look after your hair, and style it in a hurry? 

I am lazy with my hair and love looking disheveled anyway. A bit of Paul LaBreque Spray Gloss, and sometimes the Frederic Fekkai Cream, but the most used product is Batiste Dry Shampoo.

Any bodycare favourites?

Love Diptyque Body Lotions, they smell great and dry fast.

Nails: nude, bright or au naturel?!

Nude fingers and bright toes.

Any beauty indulgences you try and make time for?

Gosh, I wish I did more. I do use a service called Perfect10Mobile Beauty, they have a team of top therapists and manicurists that come to where you are, home or office. So when you are busy it really helps. I can type and have my eyebrows done at the same time.

What are the best beauty tricks you’ve ever been shown ?

Fill in your eyebrows with a harder formula of pencil, and stroke the pencil onto brow to give the illusion of hair. Always hold eye and blush brushes flat/parallel to the face and not perpendicular when applying powder. It blends better. Apply lip liner AFTER lipstick.
